After-Sales Process, Claims & Returns Information

This is a friendly reminder of our after-sales and support processes, including key requirements for returns, claims, and related service procedures, to ensure you and your team are up to date with our current policies and guidelines.

Returns Process Overview

  • Please complete the returns form via our website prior to sending any goods back.

  • Alternatively, you can contact our team at returns@ds.co.nz for assistance.

  • A detailed returns document is attached for your reference.

  • For any returns, credits, or order-related queries, please contact our customer service team directly using the details above.

NZ Post – Lost or Damaged Items

Subject to the application of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, enquiries must be lodged with NZ Post within the below timeframes. Please note these timeframes are based on the date of collection (for lost items) and date of delivery (for damaged items). NZ Post may refuse claims lodged outside of these periods.

  • Damaged items:
    Claims must be submitted within 7 business days from the date of delivery. To allow sufficient time for assessment and lodgment with NZ Post, all damage claims must be reported to Dynamic Supplies within 6 working days of delivery.

  • Lost items:
    Claims must be submitted within 21 days from the date of collection.

Collections & Warehouse Visits

  • Collections are available Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm from our warehouse.

  • Please ensure your customers have their original PO number when collecting.

  • Our warehouse team are unable to:

    • Process refunds

    • Place or amend orders

In regard to order processing and dispatch by DSNZ, all orders received before 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after this time may still be sent the same day; however, this cannot be guaranteed and will otherwise be dispatched on the next business day.
